DISPOSAL
Please dispose of the overbed grab rail in an environmentally
friendly manner via an approved waste disposal company or
your municipal waste disposal facility. Pay attention to current
regulations.
WARRANTY
We offer a two-year warranty on manufacturing and material
defects of the frame. Products subjected to improper use,
negligence, poor care or poor storage conditions are not
covered by the warranty. The warranty shall be void if any
repairs or modifications are performed on the overbed grab
rail or its components by unauthorised persons. In such cases,
this shall preclude any product liability on the part of the
manufacturer.
The manufacturer cannot accept any liability for damage to
persons, property or animals in the following cases:
• Improper use of the device
• Use by unsuitable persons
• Incorrect installation of parts or accessories
• Modification or tampering without the prior consent of the
manufacturer
• Failure to use original replacement parts or original
accessories
• Non-compliance with the provisions of these operating
and assembly instructions
• Exceptional occurrences
