2. All complaints due to material or
manufacturing
defects
will
be
remedied free of charge within the
warranty period.
3. A warranty case does not automatically
imply an extension of the warranty
period; neither for the instrument
itself nor for the replaced parts.
4. Excluded from the warranty are:
a. Any damages caused by inappropriate
use; for instance due to noncompliance
with the user manual.
b. Damages caused by repair jobs
performed by the purchaser or by any
other unauthorized person.
c. Transport damages in transit accrued
enroute from the seller to the consumer
or from the consumer to the customer
service.
d. Accessories that are subject to wear.
5. The producer accepts no liability
for direct or indirect consequential
damages caused by the instrument; not
even if the damages to the instrument
constitute an acknowledged warranty
case.
