AC not plugged in or default
working time is up
Check if AC is properly plugged into the
power jack. Auto shut off after 30 minutes
(for heating). Unplug the unit and turn it
on again.
Heating stops
working
Its default working time is 30
minutes.
The current temperature is lower
than its preset temperature level
Turn off the power and turn it on again.
Adjust its present temperature higher than
its default 40C (45C, 50C, etc)
Vibration
massage not
working
For vibration massage, its own
On/Off power switch is on the
left side underneath the control
panel.
Turn On the power switch for vibration
massage. Power switch for Heat and
Vibration are controlled separately.
