From the wood parts bag, take the 1/8 x 1/4"
balsa wing rest and place it flush with the front
bulkhead notch, as shown above.
Making sure it is flush with the top of the fuse
side, glue in place.

Using a piece of 1/8" sq. balsa, butt the end
into the wing rest.
Measuring 1-1/2" in from the end of the fuse
side, trim the 1/8" balsa stick and glue in place.

Repeat the above steps to contruct a second
fuse side.
Be sure you build a right and a
left side.
NOTE: Before moving on, make sure all joints are
flush and the 1/8" strips are flush with the
edges of the fuse side, all around. Sand if
necessary.

Take the
left fuse side only
and punch out the
exit hole, as shown.
10.
Glue the D/C bulkhead doubler to the bulkhead.
11.
With the fuse sides together,
doublers to the
inside,
pin a piece of 3/16" balsa scrap between
the sides at the back end of the fuse.

Glue the cut stick in place.
