TOP PANEL FEATURES

1. Input Socket: This is a high impedance unbalanced mono jack
socket. Connect your guitar here using a high quality, shielded
    instrument lead.
2. Clean Gain: Adjusts the gain applied to the signal when in clean
mode. Use this to balance volumes when switching channels.
3. Channel Switch: 'Clean' mode is enabled with the switch out. When
pushed in, 'lead' mode is enabled. The switch must be out to use a
    footswitch.
4. Channel Indicator LED: Will illuminate to show when lead channel
    is active
5. Lead Gain: Controls the amount of gain added to the lead channel
Adding gain causes harmonic distortion of the signal, producing a
fuller, crunchier sound for use in rock music.
6. Boost Switch: When pushed in, this adds a gain boost to the lead
channel. This gives an extra bit of drive to the sound.
7. Bass: This is used to control the level of bass or low frequency
sound. Turn clockwise for boost, anti-clockwise for cut.
8. Mid: As with bass control but offers mid boost or scoop.
9. Treble: As with bass control but for treble or high frequencies
10. FX Select: Use this to choose which effect to add to the guitar
signal. Refer to DSP FX Legend (Real Panel 5) to choose setting
and DSP Settings (page 4) for a description of each setting.
11. FX Level: Adjusts the amount of your chosen effect is added to
the signal. Turn clockwise to add more of the effect.
12. Volume: Sets the overall volume level for the combo. Turn
      clockwise to increase volume.
13. Audio In: 3.5mm line level jack socket for connection of external
audio devices (e.g. mp3 player, CD player), allowing you to play
      along to songs/recordings.

14. Phones: 3.5mm line level jack socket provides a mono signal
      for headphone attachment
Note: that this disconnects the speaker, so headphones can be
                used for silent practice.
15. Power LED: The LED will illuminate when the unit is turned on.
When the amp is switched off, the LED will slowly go out.

REAR PANEL FEATURES

1. Mains Switch: This turns the AC mains power to the unit on or
off. Ensure that the AC power socket and plug are easily
    accessible during use
NOTE: The unit is not isolated from the mains until the power
                cord is removed
2. IEC Input Socket: Connect the supplied IEC mains lead here.
Should the mains fuse need replacing, it is located below the
mains input. Always replace the fuse with the same type and
rating printed on the rear panel of your amp. If the replacement
fuse blows immediately, then contact your local service agent.
DO NOT fit a higher rated fuse. This appliance must be earthed.
Please ensure the supplied AC power lead is connected to a
mains supply socket fitted with a safety earth connection
3. Footswitch Socket: For the connection of a footswitch for remote
channel switching and enabling/disabling of FX.
Note: Footswitch will only work if the channel select button is
              pushed in.
4. DSP FX Legend: Key of FX setting relative to FX number.

NOTE: ALWAYS DISCONNECT THE UNIT FROM THE MAINS
             SUPPLY BEFORE CHANGING THE FUSE.

STORAGE

When you are not using your amplifier, disconnect it from the mains
supply and store it away from any source of moisture.
