Storing The Oil
Store the oil in an air tight container at room temperature away from heat and light
sources. Solid fat must be stored in the fryer.
Mains Cable Storage
Wrap the mains cable loosely and place into
the mains cable storage space at the back of
the fryer.

Filtering And Changing The Oil
Make sure that the fryer is cooled down
and unplugged. On average, oil can be
used for 8 to 12 separate times before it
will need to be changed. If you are frying
fish or battered foods then you will need to
change the oil more often. Filter the oil to
get rid of any food that has fallen through
the basket and into the fat.
Storing The Fryer
The fryer can be stored in its box but do not store anything else on top of the box.
