5.3.1 Contents
Check the contents of the box to be sure all parts are
present prior to assembly. If parts are damaged or
missing call 833-926-6537.
5.3.2 Assembly
1. Securely attach each of the four legs (2) to
appliance base (1) with knob (3).

2. Align all four legs in same position and direction.
If mixed, the fryer may have a risk of falling.

before connecting gas tubing assembly (9c).

a. Place small end of spring (7) over the tapered
threads of brass orifice fitting (9c), on the
right-hand side of the tube assembly.
b. Hold air shutter (7) over the end of the burner
with the lip portion of the air shutter over the
outside edge of the burner and thread the
swivel fitting into the burner; hand tighten only.
c. Attach the other two fittings to the burners.
