Banjo Burner. This Owner’s Guide covers the Carolina
Cooker® 100 Quart capacity Banjo Burner. The appliance
is equipped with a cast iron, banjo-style burner creating up
to a 95,000 BTU output . The Banjo Burner makes outside
cooking simple whether camping, tailgating, or for large
gatherings.
The Carolina Cooker® Banjo Burner has been engineered
for safe and efficient operation. The appliance is ener
