This warranty runs for one

years from the date of purchase.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
The warranty applies only to the original Purchaser within the USA and does
not cover:
• Wear and tear
• Stains
• Misuse or improper maintenance
• Alteration or repair by unauthorized representatives
• Damage resulting from transit or handling
• Damage caused by improper placement (such as placing products near he-
ating pipes, etc.)
• Deterioration caused by Force Majeure (unforeseeable circumstances,such
as fire, earthquake, flood, lightning and other natural disasters, environmen-
tal pollution )
• Any humidifier outside of the contiguous 48 states
• Any claim made outside of the warranty period
