Warning:
The actual vibration value during use
of the machine may vary from that stated in the
instruction manual or by the manufacturer. This may
be caused by the following influencing factors that
should be noted before and during every use:
- Is the machine being used correctly
- Is the manner in which the material is being cut or
how is being processed correct.
- Is the machine’s condition in use OK
- Sharpness of cutting tool and correct cutting tool
- Are the handles or optional anti-vibration handles
mounted and are they firmly fixed to the body of
the machine. If you have an unpleasant feeling or
a discolouration of your skin on your hands while
using the machine interrupt your work immedi-
ately. Take sufficient breaks form your work. Not
observing sufficient breaks from your work can lead
to hand-arm-vibration syndrome. An assessment
should be made of the degree of stress resulting
from the work and use of the machine and breaks
from work taken accordingly. This can significantly
reduce the degree of stress over the entire wor-
king time. Keep the risks to which you are exposed
through vibrations to a minimum. Care for this ma-
chine in accordance with the instruction manual.
If the machine is employed/used in a regular basis,
you should contact your specialist dealer and
purchase anti-vibration accessories (handles).
Avoid using the machine at temperatures of t=10°C
or below. Prepare a work schedule that allows
vibration stress to be limited.
