Written Assembly Instructions:
*Note, leave all screws and assembly nuts loose until final
assembly.
•
Attach the front panel (H) to the Leg stands (K) using (4) 1-1/2”
bolts (B).
Attach bolts to lock nuts (C), (lock nuts on inside).
•
Attach leg stand assembly to the axle frame (G) using (2) 1-1/2”
bolts (B)
Attach bolts to lock nuts (C), (lock nuts on inside).
•
Attach the handle (L) to the axel frame using (2) 5/8” bolts (A)
and (2) 1-1/2” bolts (B), making sure the bolts go through the
holes in the leg stands.
Attach bolts to lock nuts (C), (lock nuts on inside).
•
Slide the axel (I) through both sides of the axle frame.
Slide wheel spacers (E) on both ends of the axle.
Slide wheels (M) onto both ends of axle.
Secure wheels onto the axel with the 2 cotter pins (F).
•
Pellet Pallet Assembly
Attach the two cross braces (J) to the bottom side of the pallet
using the (4) brackets (D) and (8) 5/8” bolts (A).
*Position the cross braces so the flat sides are facing inwards
towards the each other, leave bolts loose until final assembly.
•
Attach the pellet pallet assembly onto the main cart body using
(4) 1-1/2” bolts (B).
Attach bolts to lock nuts (C), (lock nuts on inside).
•
Tighten all screws and assembly nuts.
