BIA mEASUrEmENT
• Press the platform centre and remove your foot or press UNIT button to turn on
the scale. “0.0” will be displayed.
• Press and hold SET button and UP button at the same time for a few seconds
until the indicator of Body Fat lights up.
• Then the value of BIA will be shown on LCD and then turn off.
• NOTE:
If you press the UNIT button when the LCD display the
value of BIA, it will quit BIA measurement, and display
the measurement results three times:
Body Fat, Total Body Water, Muscle Mass, Bone Mass.
• Release any one of the button between SET button and UP button, then you may set up your own
information, including User ID, Gender, Stature, and Age.

NOTE: If you release two button at the same time, it will skip the personal information settings,
and display 0.0 directly.
• Step on the platform barefooted when the LCD displays “0.0”.
• Stand still and keep full contact with the electrodes until the LCD stops displaying moving “o”.
