Replace the carbon brush :
When the carbon brushes are worn out, the power tool
switches itself off. With the models CCH32VCEK and
CCH48VCEK a red indicator light (J) of carbon brush
will turn on. The power tool must then be sent to an
after-sales service agent.
In case that you replace the carbon brush by yourself:
- Unplug the appliance from the mains.
- Loosen the four set screws and remove the fan
cover.
- Remove the brush caps and carbon brushes.
- After replacing the carbon brushes, tighten the
brush caps securely and install the fan cover with
securely tightening two set screws.
Cleaning
