EQUIREMENT
The oven requires permanent connect wiring (commonly known as hardwiring). Wiring to the power
source
must be performed by a qualified electrical technician.
All other Installation steps may be
performed by the operator.

For installing the unit in a new workspace location.
Pre-Installation
Verify that a compressed air supply is available and can be
connected to the oven. See page 9.
Check that the required ambient conditions for the unit are met, page 18.
Check that the spacing clearance requirements are met, page 18.

Unit dimensions may be found on page 53.
Check that a suitable permanent connect power supply is present, page 19.
Install the oven in a suitable workspace location
Review the lifting and handling instructions, page 20.
Install the leveling feet, page 20.
Install the oven in its workspace location, page 20.
Set up the oven for use
Disengage the vacuum pump shipping locks, page 21.
Clean the chamber and shelving if needed, page 22.
Install the shelving in the oven chamber, page 23.
Connect the oven to its pressurized air supply source along with any
optional backfill gas supply, page 24.
Connect the oven vacuum pump exhaust to a ventilation system to
remove outgassed byproducts from the workspace area, page 25.
Verify the chamber is empty and clean, page 26.
Hardwire the oven to its power supply, page 26.
