CARE AND CLEANING
•
Before using the bread maker for the first time, wash the bread bin
and clean the kneading blades with a mild detergent.
•
After use, always allow time for the bread maker cool down before
cleaning or storage. It will take about half an hour to cool down
completely.
•
To clean, remove the plug from the mains outlet. Wipe unit using a
damp cloth and a mild detergent. Never use a chemical cleaning
agent, gasoline, oven cleaner, pot scraper or any detergent that
may scratch or ruin the appliance coating.
•
Remove all ingredients and crumbs from the bread maker with a
moist cloth. Never dip the bread maker in water or fill the baking
compartment with water. For easy cleaning, the lid can be removed
by positioning it vertically and pulling out.
•
Kneading blades need to be removed and cleaned immediately after
use. If left in the baking tin they can become difficult to remove. If
unable to remove from tin, fill with warm water and leave to soak
for 30 minutes.
•
The baking tin has a non-stick coating. Do not use any sharp or
metal objects such as a knife that may scratch the surface when
cleaning. It is normal for the coating colour to change over time.
This change does not alter the effectiveness of the coating
In the event of any electrical or mechanical failure or service
requirement, please return bread maker to an authorised or
qualified service agent. Do not attempt to repair yourself as this
may void warranty. Contact Oriental Pacific on 09 415 5456 or
