Thank you very much for your purchasing Cascade products, in order to fully guarantee your rights and interests, please read the 

content of this Warranty carefully.

In this article, hereafter, "Cascade Xiamen" means Cascade Xiamen Forklift Truck Attachment Co., Ltd.;"Buyer" means the forklift 

truck OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) or its authorized Dealer who signs purchasing contract with Cascade Xiamen directly for 

its product.  

Cascade Xiamen: warrants its products to conform to published specifications as found in its valid sales contracts, quotations, 

brochures, price lists. 

Cascade Xiamen New Products: consisting of attachments, forks, hose reels and service parts are warranted for 24 months 

following the date of delivery to the primary carrier, or 4000 hours of operation, whichever terminates first alternatively.

Cascade Xiamen Remanufactured Products: are warranted for 6 months following the date of delivery to the primary carrier, or 

1000 hours of operation, whichever terminates first alternatively.

Within the policy, "Warranty" means Cascade Xiamen will repair or replace, at its option, any part that a Cascade Xiamen itself or 

authorized inspection reveals to be defective in materials or workmanship.

What Buyers and Customers must do:  

To preserve Cascade Xiamen's Warranty, Buyers and Customers must carefully follow applicable Cascade Installation Instructions, 

Service Manuals and Operator Guides when installing, adjusting, maintaining and operating Cascade equipment.

Buyers, Customers must obtain Cascade Xiamen written authorization for repairs other than removal or replacement of defective 

parts. 

Any unauthorized repairs or alterations, use of parts not provided by Cascade Xiamen, or failure to follow Cascade's Installation 

Instructions, Service Manuals and Operator Guides will result in loss of Warranty.
