When necessary
Plastic and resin parts
When cleaning the plastic windows, the console, the in-
strument panel, the indicators, etc. do not use gasoline,
kerosene, paint solvents, etc. Only use water, soap and a
soft cloth. The use of gasoline, kerosene, paint solvents,
etc. will cause discoloration, cracks or deformation of these
parts.©
Cylinders
A cylinder rod should be slightly oily. Check that
there are no leaks after a period of work, when the
whole hydraulic system is at normal operating tem-
perature.

Wipe clean the rod and bearing on the cylinder
to be cleaned.
2.
Operate normally for
5 - 10 min
.
3.
Extend the cylinder rod.
4.
Carry out the leak test.

Bucket teeth
Visually evaluate the degree of wear of teeth and tooth tips.
The service life of teeth and tooth tips that are wearing
unevenly or asymmetrically can be extended. Periodically
swap teeth and reverse them. Also reverse the locking pin.
NOTICE:
replace teeth and tooth tips before they wear out
completely.
NOTICE:
never attempt to work without tooth tips or with
tooth tips that are completely worn.
The nose of the
adapter could be seriously damaged.
