3 - CONTROLS AND INSTRUMENTS
Heating
It is necessary to open the heater shut-off valve
(1)
located
on the right-hand side of the engine.
NOTE:
In order to use the cab heater, the heater valve
must be in the open position. Close this valve when the
ambient temperatures increase or the operator’s prefer-
ence does not require heat inside the cab.

NOTE:
Your machine may be equipped with either one of
the control panels.
Use the temperature control
(1)
knob to control the tem-
perature inside the cab when the heater valve is open.
NOTE:
If your control panel looks like figure
(A)
the heater
function is OFF when the knob
(1)
is in the 0 position. If
your control panel looks like figure
(B)
the heater function
is OFF when the fan control knob
(2)
is in the 0 position.
Turn the temperature control
(1)
knob clockwise for a
warmer temperature setting (red area).
Turn the temperature control
(1)
knob counter-clockwise
for a colder temperature setting (blue area).
