16-9 Specifying the Alphabetic Keyboard
Arrangement
The Keyboard dialog box lets you select from among three different key arrangements for the
alphabetic (abc) soft keyboard: QWERTY, AZERTY, or QWERTZ. The initial default setting
is QWERTY.

(1) On the application menu, tap

• This starts up the System application.

to display the Keyboard dialog box.
(3)
In
the list of keyboard arrangements, tap the one you want to use for the alphabetic (abc)
soft keyboard.
(4) After the setting is the way you want, tap [Set] to apply it and close the Keyboard dialog
box, or tap [Cancel] to close without changing the setting.
• Tapping [Set] returns you to the application menu.
Tapping [Cancel] returns you to [Memory Usage].
