Your PV Unit provides you with a number of e-mail options that you can turn on
and off so your mail send and receive operations are performed the way you
want. The following describes the meaning of each of the e-mail options and
what happens when it is turned on or off.

The initial default setting for all these options is off (unchecked).

is picked up when you send
mail.
• If the “Delete all mail.”
option is checked, all mail
is deleted from the host,
regardless of whether or
not has been picked up.
• If the “Delete picked up mail
only.” option is checked,
mail is deleted from the host
as soon as it is picked up.
POP certification is
performed before mail is
sent.
All mail messages that are
larger than the specified size
are skipped. You can specify
the maximum size by tapping
the
L
button and then select
a value from the list that
appears.
Telephone connection with
the host is broken
automatically 10 minutes
after it is established.
