16.1 Safety information
Attention
Please observe the safety instructions, before cleaning your device
► Unplug the can opener when not in use and before any cleaning.
► Never immerse the unit, cord or plug in water or other liquids and do not place in the
dishwasher.
► Do not use iron brush, abradant, kitchen cleaner, or sharp cleaning tool for cleaning.
► Do not use any aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents or solvents.
16.2 Cleaning
Please note
► You can use the provided cleaning brush.
► Extract all the remainung pulp in the juicing barrel with juice strainer or the sorbet
strainer before stopping the juicer.
► For easier clean up, operate the juicer for an additional 30 seconds after the juice is
extracted or the sorbet is made.
► For cleaning of feeding tube with cover, juicing barrel, juice strainer, rotating wiper or
sorbert strainer and pressure auger you can use warm water, a mild cleaning detergent
and the provided cleaning brush.
► Motor block and power cord should not come into contact with water. Wipe the motor
unit and the power cord with a damp soft cloth.

Switch off and unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.

Remove the pusher.
3.
Turn the feeding tube counter clockwise to open.
Please note
► When the drum lid is stuck, press the REV(II)-O-ON (I) button in this order,switching
back and forth 2 to 3 times to dislodge. Press the cover tightly and turn it against the
arrow direction to the right.
► When moving the appliance, do not lift by grabbing the feeding tube. Always lift the
appliance by grabbing the motor unit or handle.

Unlock the juicing barrel together with the pressure auger, the juice strainer and the
rotating wiper or the sorbet strainer and lift up together.
5.
Remove the pressure auger, the strainer and the rotating wiper or the sorbet strainger
from the juicing barrel.
Please note
► Immediately clean the juicer after each use. If remaining residue in the juicer dries up, it
can make disassembling and clean-up difficult. The excess build up can cause poor
performance in future uses.
6.
For easier cleaning, let water run through the feeding tube, the strainer with rotating
wiper or the sorbet strainer and wash all part with water and a mild cleaning detergent.
7.
Clean the pressure auger with running water and especially clean the bottom side of the
pressure auger.
