First use
: fill the water tank with water; fit the Pyrex container with iron wire basket on.

Plug the appliance to a grounded socket, start it with the On/Off switch, the heating indicator
lights up. Briefly heat the water. Few minutes later unplug the appliance, let it cool down and
let water runs from the tank.

Fill the water tank up to ¾; fit the Pyrex container with iron wire basket on and the other grid.

Put sausages in the Pyrex container

Put the cover on it

Plug the appliance, switch it on, the heating indicator lights up, and adjust the thermostat to
the desire temperature. When the desire temperature is reached the heating indicator lights
off.
WARNING !
The water level must be controlled regularly; the appliance must not function without
water in the steamer tank.
6. Cleaning and maintenance
6.1 Safety instructions
- Before servicing (clean, maintenance, repair) unplug the appliance
- Caustic detergents, sodium bicarbonate are forbidden for the cleaning of your appliance.
WARNING !
Not direct washing via water jets. (Neither jet under pressure)
6.2 Daily maintenance
- Before cleaning your appliance always unplug it and let it cool down.
- Clean your appliance after each use.
- Clean all the parts of the appliance.
- Clean your appliance with a damp soft cloth and dry it.
- Clean the water tank twice a day when using your appliance. We recommended carrying out a
descaling regularly (descaler powder or white vinegar) to avoid damages on the appliance.
No repairs to your appliance will be carried out due to: descaling not being carried out or scale.
