·  Discontinue use of this product when infant attempts to climb out   

  (approximately 9 months)

·   Never place a child under 7.7 lbs. (3 .5kg) or over 20 lbs. (9 kg) in  

  the product.

·  Child’s activity may move the product. Use only on flat floor. 

·  Never use on any elevated surface.

·  Discontinue use of this product when infant can roll over or push up  

  on hands and knees.
Suffocation hazard: 
1)  Never add a mattress, pillow, comforter, or padding. Use only  

 

  mattress/pad provided by manufacturer. 

2)  Never allow this product to be used as a toy. 

3)  Never move the product with the child inside.

4)  This product is not intended for use as a sleeper or for prolonged   

  periods of use. 

5)  Check this product for loose screws, worn parts, torn material or    

  stitching on a regular basis.

6)  Replace or repair parts as needed. 

7)  Discontinue use of this product should it malfunction or become 

damaged.
