Instruction Manual

Introduction

Thank you for choosing the CK8818 Cater-Cook Electric Chrome Griddle.

Please read the following instruction manual clearly before use, and refer back to it

for both cleaning and safety instructions.

In the event of any damage to the griddle, it must be turned off immediately

and disconnected from the electricity supply by removing the attached plug

or manually tripping the circuit breaker.

Damage and Maintenance.

Ensure power is not being supplied to the griddle while repair work is being

car-ried out.

Repairs should only be performed by qualified electricians to ensure safety.

Repairs and other work carried out by unqualified persons could be dangerous,

under no circumstances should the outer casing of the griddle be opened.

While the griddle is under warranty, repairs should only be performed by an au-

thorized service technician. Otherwise, the warranty will be deemed void.
