To enable PFC for RoCE on a specific priority, issue the following command:

Enable-NetQoSFlowControl

To disable priority flow control on any other priority, issue the following
commands:

Disable-NetQosFlowControl 0,1,2,3,4,6,7

If configuring RoCE over Hyper-V, do not assign a vLAN ID to the
physical interface.
