Dell Z9100 Switch
Configuration
The 41
xxx
Series Adapters support connections with the Dell Z9100 Ethernet
Switch. However, until the auto-negotiation process is standardized, the switch
must be explicitly configured to connect to the adapter at 25Gbps.
To configure a Dell Z9100 switch port to connect to the 41
xxx
Series
Adapter at 25Gbps:
1.
Establish a serial port connection between your management workstation
and the switch.
2.
Open a command line session, and then log in to the switch as follows:

Enable configuration of the switch port:

Identify the module and port to be configured. The following example uses
module 1, port 5:
