The detector must be placed as far away as possible
from cooking appliances to avoid false alarms and
away from openings and ventilation points.
Do not install it near deposits of detergents, solvents,
paints, polishers, etc. because they may release
gases or substances that may compromise the
reliability of the device in the short or long term (e.g.:
acetone, ammonia, alcohol, silicone vapours).
The gas detector has been designed for inside use
only.
Do not install the device outdoors, where it is exposed
to rain or bad weather.
