Problem

Cause / Solution

No beverage is brewed 

when beverage buttons are pressed.

The water tank is empty (the 'No Water' indicator light is on and red).

Fill the tank with filtered/bottled water.

Press the desired beverage button.
The machine will resume brewing.

The beverage is not hot enough. 

Cold cups / mugs. Scale build-up in machine.

³

Preheat the cup.

If doesn't solve, descale the machine.

The lever cannot be lowered. 

The used capsule drawer is full. Capsule stuck inside the machine.

³

Empty the used capsule drawer.

Remove the used capsule. 

Indicator light         is lit steadily in RED.

Heating problems.

³

Turn off the machine, then turn it back on. If the problem persists, take the machine 

to an Authorized Service Center

.

Coffee is dispensing very slowly and is  

of poor quality.

Brewed Coffee/Tea button was used with an espresso capsule.

³

Lift lever to eject capsule into used capsule drawer, insert new espresso capsule,

and use Espresso or Long Espresso/Tea Latte button.
