Heating and cooking in the CONVENTIONAL oven are achieved as follows:
a. by normal convection
The heat is produced by the upper and lower heating elements.
b.by radiation
The heat is irradiated by the infra red grill element.
BOTTOM OVEN GENERAL FEATURES
This is a fan oven with 2 cooking options, thermostatically controlled.
BOTTOM OVEN OPERATING PRINCIPLES
Heating and cooking in the FAN oven are obtained as follows:
a. by forced convection
The heat comes from a circular element situated at the rear of the oven, the fan
blows air over the element and circulates hot air around the oven.
b. by radiation
The heat is irradiated by the infra red grill element.
