Dongle content). You may also read the licence and get our coordinates. After typing in
information, click the «

» button
to register your software. You are ready to use the KeyDuplicator II software. As long as
you will not type in a serial number, KeyDuplicator II will not launch.

for more details about Registration procedure.
Open the Registration window with «

» menu, in order to get useful

5) Configuration files
If you often run the same process for recurrent duplication or if you stop a running
task, the
configuration file
gives you the ability to save settings and parameters of this
task: type of source data, path, format type, number of duplicated keys and to be
duplicated keys, name of the key.
To save a
configuration file
, set all your parameters. Then select in the «
File
» menu
the
«
Save
Configuration File
»
item or use Ctrl-S shortcut. Enter file name and
destination of the recorded configuration file.
From the release 1.6.9, saving a configuration file is automatically proposed at the end
of the first duplication run (and at the end of each run as long as no file is saved).
Through the «
Save as …
» dialog automatically displayed on the screen, type in the
name and choose the location of your configuration file. As soon as a configuration file
exists for the task in progress, it is automatically updated (number of duplicated and to
be duplicated keys) at the end of each run.
To restore parameters, just open the
configuration file
, with the «
Open
Configuration
File
»
item of «
File
» menu or use Ctrl-O. Select the file you want to open and validate.
All previous settings will be restored.
