For each operation on the machine reference is made to the level of skills described
below, to indicate the certified personnel to carry it out.
Basic operator
: personnel without specific skills, able to perform simple tasks, namely
the operation of the machine through the use of commands arranged on the same and
operations of loading and unloading of the materials used during production, with all the
apropriate protections put into place.
Mechanical Maintenance
: specialized technical personnel able to operate the machine
under normal conditions, to make it work with protection disabled, to intervene on the
mechanical parts, to make any adjustments, and requie maintenance.
Not authorized to
perform work on electrical systems.
Electrical maintenance
: specialized technical personnel, able to operate the machine
under normal conditions, to make it work with protection disabled, to intervene on the
electrical parts, to perform all adjustments and required maintenance. Able to operate
with high voltage in junction boxes.
Manufacturer's Technician: technical staff, made available by the manufacturer to
perform complex issues, as per agreement with the user.
The operations described in this manual, relevant to each stage of the life cycle of the
machine have been carefully analyzed by Ceccato Olindo; therefore, the number of
operators indicated for each of them, and the qualifications required, are the most suitable
to perform the function in an optimal way.
The use of the machine by the operator who is NOT qualified or properly
trained, may endanger the safety of the personnel directly involved or
close by the machine.
