Intended use of the Bio-Shredder
The use of the machine must be carried out by properly trained personnel.
The Shredder was built to slice, chop and shred organic waste like tree branches and leaves
derived from pruning of trees, plants or shrubs, or even scraps of fruit or vegetation derived from
farming, etc..
The machine must be operated by ready and trained personnel aware of its special features and
informed about the main rules and safety procedures.
The rules for prevention of accidents and any other requirements of occupational health and
safety must always be observed.
The cleaning of the machine must not be done with water or degreasing components.
Any unauthorized modification to the machine exempts the manufacturer from liability for any
resulting damage.

Description of bio-shredder
The machine has been designed to fulfil all the industry standards to ensure the safe
operation of the user.
The shredder is made of a coated steel structure on which the wheels have been fitted for
handling transport. The structure (frame) is composed of a grinding chamber where the cutting
blades are placed.
Mounted on the frame, the engine, may it be electric or petrol - depending on the version. Fixed
to the engine is the transmission unit which moves the cutting blades for shredding the material
inserted from the hopper on to the appliance, on the side of the grinding chamber. (Fig.2)
