Note: Do not use disposable plastic piping bags as these may melt if they come into contact
with hot plates.
Gently close the product. Do not slam the lip down as it may cause the mixture to run off the
cooking plates.
Allow the mixture to cook for approximately 3-6 minutes or until golden.
To remove waffles, always use a plastic or wooden spatula. Never use a sharp object or metal,
as this will damage the non-stick surface of the cooking plates.
4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Always turn off and unplug the appliance after each use and before cleaning and storing it.
Do not disassemble the product to clean it.
Do not immerse the appliance in water or other liquid.
Do not place in the dishwasher.
Use a soft, dampened cloth to clean the product’s visible parts.
Do not use metal utensils or abrasive cleaning products, they can damage the non-stick
surface.
The cooking plates are coated with non-stick cooking surface, therefore little cleaning is
required. Simply wait until the product has completely cooled down, and wipe the cooking
plates over with a damp cloth.
Dry thoroughly all the appliance’s parts before storing.
Make sure the product has completely cooled down and is completely dry before storing.
Note: The device can be stored vertically to minimize storage space.

The European directive 2012/19/EU on Waste Electrical and Electronic
Equipment (WEEE), specifies that old household electrical appliances must
not be disposed of with the normal unsorted municipal waste. Old appliances
must be collected separately, in order to optimize the recovery and recycling
of the materials they contain and reduce the impact on human health and

2. BEFORE USE
Take the product out of the box.
Remove all packaging material.
Make sure all parts and accessories are included, and check that they do not show any signs of
damage. If there are any, contact the official Technical Support Service of Cecotec.
Clean the plates with a soft, dampened cloth.
Dry them with a cloth or paper towel.
Slightly grease the non-stick baking plates with some oil or butter using an absorbent kitchen
towel.
Wipe off any excess oil.
3. OPERATION
Note: When the appliance is heated for the first time, it may emit slight smoke or odour. This is
normal and does not affect the safety or operating of your appliance.
Set the temperature knob to the desired setting. It is suggested to turn it to maximum
temperature at first, and then adjust it.
Choose “Low” for light-coloured waffles and “High” for darker and more cooked waffles
Connect the device to the power supply. The power and ready light indicators will turn on,
indicating that the appliance has begun preheating.
Allow the appliance to preheat until the ready indicator goes off. This indicates that the
non-stick plates have reached the correct temperature for cooking.
For best results, por some oil drops in the cooking surface and use kitchen paper to spread it
along the whole surface before use. This will assist in the removal of the waffles after cooking.
Pour the mixture into the non-stick plates using a spoon, a jug or a piping bag.
