3. OPERATION
1. Plug in the unit, and place containers under both juice and pulp exits.
2. “Play” starts the appliance, “Reverse” is to be used only when food is
stuck in the appliance, and “Stop” stops motor and turns off the unit.
3. Clean the food before juicing it. Please, make sure to cut the food
into pieces not larger than 3 cm for optimal extraction, and remove
any large hard seeds. Place the foodstuffs into the feeding tube. Do not
push with force, the pusher provided is only to be used when food becomes stuck.
4. TROUBLESHOOTING

Leaking from
under the bowl
Stoppers not plugged in
correctly.
Be sure to plug in the stopper tightly
after cleaning.
Strainer damage
Ice, frozen foods, large
hard seeds or pits, unknown
substances, or excess of food
in the bowl.
Refer to the instruction manual
for proper usage and juicing tips.
Remember not to overfill food or force
food into the juicer.
Motor is stuck or
has stopped
Excess of food in the bowl.
Safety system: automatic shut
off due to overheating.
Press the reverse button for 3-5
seconds. Repeat the process 2-3 times.
If the motor has stopped, let it cool
down before trying again.
Water mark or
scratch on the
squeezer
Molding marks during the
manufacturing process.
These marks and lines on the squeezer
are perfectly normal.
Bowl stuck and
does not detach
from the base
Excess of food in the bowl.
Unknown substance in the
bowl.
Press the reverse button for 3-5
seconds. Repeat the process 2-3 times.
Then, pull from the bowl upwards while
turning it.
The unit vibrates
Sign of motor working properly.
Vibration is perfectly normal. However,
the appliance shakes severely, which
causes imbalance of the unit, it should
be checked for a defective screw.
Squeaking
noise when juicing
Friction between the squeezer
and bowl or food.
Squeaking sounds are perfectly normal.
Do not run the juicer without food.
