Oil System
Engine oil of class 10W50 must be applied.
Recommended oil: Castrol 10W50 4T Racing.
Standard quantity of oil in the system: 3,5 dm

All work related to servicing the oil system, including: checking the oil level and its
replacement, deaerating the system, rinsing the system, replacing and checking the oil filter are
described in the Service Manual of Rotax engines.
Replacing the oil must be performed every 100 hours of engine work.
Setting up the Oil Cooler:
If the temperature of the oil is not correct, it is possible to change the position of the oil
cooler. If you want to change the position of the oil cooler, cut the band clips (red) and move the
cooler along the consoles to which it is fixed. Moving the cooler upwards gives a higher
temperature of oil in the circuit, whereas moving it downwards gives a lower temperature. After
setting up the cooler in the appropriate place, fix it by means of new band clips (6 pieces).
4.4
Engine Head Cooling System
Losses of the cooling fluid during usage must be replenished with distilled water.
The cooling fluid must be replaced completely every 2 years.
To fill in the cooling system it is necessary to apply a mixture of glycol and water with the 50:50
ratio.
