warrants

REDFLY
MOBILE
DOCK
for
a
period
of
180
days
from
purchase
against
defects
in
materials
and
workmanship
under
normal
use
by
the
original
purchaser.
If
a
hardware
defect
occurs
and
Celio
Corp.
receives
a
valid
claim
within
the
180
day
period,
at
its
option
and
to
the
extent
allowed
by
law,
Celio
Corp.
will
either
(1)
repair
the
hardware
defect
at
no
charge,
using
new
or
refurbished
parts,
or
(2)
exchange
the
REDFLY
MOBILE
DOCK
with
a
new
unit
or
one
which
has
been
manufactured
from
new
and/or
serviceable
used
parts
and
which
is
at
least
functionally
equivalent
to
the
original
product.
