Power on the netbook, and launch the Alignment program. The alignment
heads should be communicating automatically if powered on, if not please
contact our service center (678)-717-1050, Hours of 8am-5pm EST.

If the Encrypted USB Key is not plugged into the netbook, it will not allow you to use the
alignment program. They must remain plugged in at all times when program is in use. If
laptop needs to be mobile you must shut the program down as labeled, and connect the
key directly into the usb port on the laptop and relaunch the program.
