2. Install the 2 side brackets to the radiator using 4 bolts and flat washers.
3. Install the radiator assembly to the vehicle
and bolt into place using the specified
hardware detailed in the Centaur Parts
Manual.
4. Bolt the radiator at 2 locations on the
main vehicle frame as well as the 2 lo
-
cations on the upper frame. See
Photo’s
EN- 13 & 14
on the previous page for
locations if necessary.
5. Attach the upper radiator hose and extension.
6. Connect the lower radiator hose and extension.
The lower radiator hose on the turbo diesel,
is routed
through
the hydrostatic belt as
opposed to above it, like the gas and N.A.26
H.P diesel models. Make sure that hose and
belt do not come into contact in any way, and
that there is sufficient clearance between the
two.

Before adding any antifreeze solution, be sure that the rubber drain plug has been
reinstalled to the bottom of the radiator.
7. Add antifreeze coolant to the system. Fill the radiator with 50% solution of phosphate
free antifreeze and distilled water.
8. Start the engine and run it until the thermostat opens. (When the coolant level drops,
the thermostat is open). Check the coolant level in the radiator and add as required.
