OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

NOTE:

  For additional information regarding the parts mentioned in the following pages,

refer to the 

Assembly Diagrams on page 16.

1.

IMPORTANT!  Always fill the Air Compressor with a premium quality,
30-weight, non-detergent, compressor oil before each use.  Running the Air
Compressor with no oil or low oil will cause damage to the equipment and
void the warranty.  

 To check the level of oil, make sure the Air Compressor is

OFF

.  Then, observe the Oil Sight Gauge (33).  The level of oil should be within

the red circle on the Oil Sight Gauge (33). (See 

Figure D

, next page) If the level of

oil is below the red circle, carefully 

unscrew

 and remove the Oil Plug (31) and

UNPACKING

When unpacking, check to make sure all the parts shown on the 

Parts Lists on page 15

are included.  If any parts are missing or broken, please call Harbor Freight Tools at the
number shown on the cover of this manual as soon as possible.
