6  Guarantees and warranties

Guarantees and warranties may only be claimed if the in-

stallation and the commissioning the photovoltaic installa-

tion are clearly carried out by specialist persons. Guaran-

tees and warranty claims shall be excluded if:

the respective CENPAC components have not be in-

stalled properly 

P

P

improper use or impermissible change of the compo-

nents delivered

P

P

individual components in a system are not used ac-

cording to the conditions

P

P

substructures that have not been constructionally ex-

amined and that are therefore not suitable for mount-

ing the modules 

P

P

Deviations in the mounting from the mounting instruc-

tions

P

P

Failure to take account of constructional requirements 

regarding snow and wind load 

P

P

Mounting defective components

Photovoltaic installations consist of electrical and me-

chanical components that are combined on location into an 

overall  system.  CENTROSOLAR AG  cannot  monitor  the 

adherence to the advice and guidelines in these mounting 

instructions. CENTROSOLAR AG cannot therefore accept 

any responsibility or liability for damage due to improper 

installation, improper operation, use in a stressful environ-

ment (e.g., in a stable) or improper use of the photovoltaic 

installation or individual components.

We expressly point out that failure to observe the re-

quirements of these mounting instructions even in 

the case of individual components will lead to the ex-

clusion of all guaranty, warranty and product liability 

claims with respect to the entire system.
