blocking of the boat or
grip
Collision of the grip with parts
of the system or persons,
possibly through loss or
distortion of the internal
absolute positions.
Remove parts blocking the
moving distance, adjust
absolute encoder if
necessary.
The emergency
pushbutton switch was
actuated! Movement
sequence canceled
Eliminate cause for actuation
of emergency stop
pushbutton, then pull
emergency stop pushbutton.
Arm travel blocked: No
I/O cam! Entrance/Exit
cam not in this position
There is no entrance cam in
the currently approached lift
position.
Set entrance cam to sensor
height of target entrance
position.
Door open: No
automatic operation
possible!
Door opened before or during
a movement of the automatic
operation.
Close door or carry out
movements in manual
operation.
The slider cannot be
approached, as it is not
positioned at the lift.
An attempt was made to
move the lift to the slider
position, although the slider is
not at the lift resp. not within
the set position tolerance.
Move slider to the lift.
Compare actual position with
position 'Slider am Lift'.
The lift is positioned at a
mechanical limit switch.
Move lift to a defined

absolute position of the motor
controller.
Check positions of the limit
switches. Check actual
positions.

Check whether there is a
process boat in the source
position and - if necessary -
correct the current position of
the process boat in the
"Correct boats" menu option
of the "Setup" menu.
Execute the function again
via Fault Repair.

boat in the defined target
position.
Remove process boat from
target position and execute
the function again via Fault
Repair.
