PPTP :
The Point-to-Point Tunneling Protocol (PPTP) mode enables the implementation
of secure multi-protocol Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) through public networks.
IP Address :
The IP address of the WAN port
IP Netmask :
The Subnet mask of the WAN port
PPTP Server IP Address :
The IP address of the PPTP server

Enter User Name for PPTP connection

Enter Password for PPTP connection

Idle Time :
Time to last before disconnecting PPPoE session when it is idle. Enter
preferred Idle Time in minutes. Default is “0”, indicates disabled. When Idle time is
disabled, the “Reconnect Mode” will turn out “Always on”
MTU :
By default, it’s 1492 bytes. MTU stands for Maximum Transmission Unit. Consult
with WISP for a correct MTU setting.t.
MPPE Encryption :
Microsoft Point-to-Point Encryption (MPPE) encrypts data in
Point-to-Point Protocol(PPP)-based dial-up connections or Point-to-Point Tunneling
Protocol (PPTP) virtual private network (VPN) connections. 128-bit key (strong) and
40-bit key (standard) MPPE encryption schemes are supported. MPPE provides data
security for the PPTP connection that is between the VPN client and the VPN server.
When Time Server is enabled at the
“On Demand”
mode, the
“Reconnect Mode”
will turn out
“Always on”.
