Operation

Battery Pack

Plug the charger into an electrical outlet.  Turn on the power and
the green LED will illuminate.

Push the battery pack onto the charger. The green LED and the
"red LED will both light up, indicating that the battery is charging.

When the charging period is completed (after approx. 1 hour), the
green LED will go out, and the red LED will stay lit.

Important Charging Notes

The charger is designed to fast charge the battery only when the battery temperature is between
0°C and 45°C. If the battery pack is too hot or too cold, the charger will not fast charge the
battery. (This may happen if the battery is hot from heavy use). When the battery temperature
returns to between 0°C and 45°C, the charger will automatically begin charging.

A substantial drop in the operating time per charge may mean that the battery pack is nearing the
end of its life and should be replaced.

Remember to unplug the charger if you are putting the item into long-term storage.

If the battery does not charge properly:

Check that the power outlet is working by plugging another electrical device into it.

Check the battery pack terminals for dirt. If dirty, clean with a cotton swab and alcohol if
necessary.

If you still do not get proper charging, contact the Kogan.com customer support team for
further information.

Switching light ON/OFF

Push the switch button (1) to turn the light on.

Press the button again to turn the light off.

Adjusting Light Dispersal

Rotate the three-spoke ring to
the positions shown in the
images to right.
