10.2.3 TeamViewer, remote support and share screen
To share the screen via TeamViewer, navigate to the Information tab and press
Support. In the dialog window that follows select the option “Share screen to
CertoSupport”. The TeamViewer request is now accepted if a schedule with the
CertoSupport has been agreed beforehand via email or phone.
To arrange a time window for the remote support, navigate to the Information tab and
press Support. In the dialog window that follows select the option “Send an Email to
CertoSupport”.
Request a schedule for the remote support. We will usually respond to your request
within 12 hours.
As soon as you start a TeamViewer session, a window appears, giving the opportunity
to describe the problem roughly once again. Then press on “Start”.
