9.1.2 Adjusting the kneeling action

The gap between the chassis pressure plate and the support arm link roller
must be between the minimum value of 0.4 and the maximum of 2.0.

Check the gap. A precondition for checking the gap is that the roller is fit-
ted and that they are in the lowered position.

Loosen the cylinder (a) if the gap is incorrect (6 mm Allen)

Place a suitable number of shims 7501642 under the cylinder (a).

Tighten the cylinder.

Check that the gap is correct.
