A VALID NAVIGATION SIGNAL IS NOT BEING
SUPPLIED TO THE INDICATOR. WHEN A VALID
NAVIGATION SIGNAL IS NOT BEING SUPPLIED,
THE COURSE DEVIATION BAR (D-BAR) PART OF
THE INDICATOR IS NOT SHOWN ON THE HSI
COMPASS CARD. THE MISSING D-BAR IS
CONSIDERED TO BE THE WARNING FLAG.
