CAUTION:
If the aircraft is equipped with
Trim Prompting;
Prior to autopilot disengagement, the pilot should verify both
tri m prompting annunciators are extinguished and the aircraft
control wheel is in hand. In the event that there is excess nose
UP or nose DN Trim Prompting the "G" forces of this airplane
may be exceeded when disengaging the Autopilot.
SECTION 4
NORMAL OPERATING PROCEDURES
Refer to the required Pilot's Operating Manual for procedures
not contained herein.
4-1 COMMAND TRIM SYSTEM -
To be performed before the
first flight of each day.
1. Using the control wheel trim switch, verify normal trim
up and down operation, by pushing both switches.
2. Pushing the "RED" bar on the control wheel trim switch.
Observe that the trim system does not operate.
3. Release the RED disconnect bar on the control wheel
trim switch.
Move the control wheel trim switch fore
and aft. Observe that the trim system does not operate.
This completes the test sequences.
