Use
1. Press the start key once to start the machine enter the first gear.
2. Press the start button to increase peed, maximum gear is four.
When one indicator lamp is on, the device is in the first gear;
when two lights are on, it is the second gear and so on.
3. Press 3 seconds to turn off.
4. Press the start key for 3 seconds to turn off.

In order to protect bones and muscles and avoid injury caused by long-time fixed-point mas
