Digital Air Convection Fireplace Controller
General
The VARIO W-Air has been focused on controlling
air convection fireplaces and supplying in efficient,
safe and quiet manner the hot air to nearby
places.
Operational Modes
VARIO Air can operate in 3 different ways so as to
fulfill the demands of every single house.
Manual operation (ΜΑΝ)
Sandby operation (STBY)
Automatic(AUTO)
Controlled devices
VARIO W-Air can control the following devices which belong to the fireplace installation:
Proportional and dynamic control of the main duct hot air blower
ON-OFF control of the main duct hot air blower
It can be connected with sensors of type
PSA1501k0
(PT1000).
Installation
The temperature sensor must be placed on the main hot air duct in a position after the main air
chamber of the fireplace. You are advised not to place the sensor in a fireplace position which is
directly affected by fire and develops temperatures above 200C.
ATTENTION
Electrical connection as setup of the device must be carried out by licensed electrician.
Always switch off mains switch during installation.
Even if device is in “Off” state outputs must be considered live.
