Heating and Hot Water
The controls for the heating and hot water can be found on the side of the bedseats in
the bed.
Heating
The heating is controlled by the right hand control next to the hot water rocker switch on
the side of the bed. The heating is run on diesel and will only work if the tank is more
than 25% full. The centre of the control sets the temperature. Along the side are three
buttons. Press the bottom button to blow cold air, press the top one for hot air and the
centre one to switch off.
Hot Water
The hot water system is run by gas. Before using remove the vent cover on the outside
of the vehicle. This should be replaced before moving off.
Ensure the gas is turned on and turn on the master switch and the water pump (top and
bottom right-hand buttons on the control panel).
The hot water is controlled by a small white rocker switch on the side of the bed. Press
up for 40 degrees; press down for 60 (recommended for showers). It will take about 10
minutes for the water to get hot. Remember that the hot water tank only holds about 10
litres at a time.
Refrigerator
The fridge will work on 240v (hookup), 12 volts (vehicle battery) or gas. You must set
the source manually. The most efficient is on mains hook-up, when parked. Remember
to switch to the 12 volt source when you drive off.
The small centre button is the on/off button and the right knob controls the temperature.
When in operation a small blue light will show. If this flashes there is a fault .
The vehicle battery is powerful enough to maintain temperature whilst driving. It will
NOT cool the fridge down any further. Remember it does take several hours for the
fridge to cool down.
